Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we
cannot directly cancel or alter it. However, we
always offer exchange.
How do I know if you have received my order?
We will send you a confirmation email listing your
ordered items and chosen payment method.
I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
Enter your discount code in the check-out process,
under the summary of your order.
How do I place an order at Martingold.us?
Navigate using the menu, filter, and/or search
functions.
Select product by double-clicking on to go to a
detail page with more information. Select the size
and put it in your cart by clicking “add to cart”. (If
you are unsure of your size, visit our Size Guide).
Continue browsing our site until you are done. To go
to check-out, click the icon in top right corner and
follow the clear instructions in the check-out flow
to review and place your order by stating your
delivery address, choosing delivery and payment
method. You will see the content of your cart and
total cost throughout.

number.

How much is the shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is free. Express shipping costs may vary, depending on
where you live.

Deliveries
Why haven’t I received my purchase?
Please notice that our sales periods might require an extended delivery time. We’re always happy to help you, so
please don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions regarding your order.
The delivery company are unable to deliver my order, what can I do?
Please contact them directly for further assistance and they will be able to help you.
Can I order online and collect in store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment. However, as soon as our storefront is open, you will be
able to pick up orders up at the store.
Can I alter my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
In most cases, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible and inform us about the address you want to change,
and the new delivery address. If cases where package has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier as
soon as possible and inform them about the address you want to change, and the new delivery address.

What’s your delivery time?
Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID. If you haven’t
received a shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your parcel. Click on the link if
you want to keep an eye on its process as it makes its way to you.
